Do you ship internationally?

We are only able to ship to Canada at this time. For Canada, we collect duties and import fees upfront, hence why the shipping costs are higher than what you may expect.

For other international locations, shoot us an email at hello@redoux.nyc and let us know where you are so we can take note :)

What if a product is out of stock?

Don't worry, there is more in the making. Look out for emails with more information on the next batch release or follow the progress on our Instagram. 

Are products from different batches different from each other?

No, we use the exact same formulation for each batch.

How long will it take to get my products? 

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible.

If your order contains just soaps, please note that all soap only orders are shipped weekly on Fridays by 8pmEST. If you order after this cut off, your shipment will be sent the following week. 

Our standard processing for all other others orders (soap + candle, just candle, etc) is 2-3 business days and most orders placed prior to 12pm noon EST will be shipped same-day. Orders may have a processing time (1-2 days), which is the time taken to prepare your order for shipment. If you are selecting expedited shipping, your items will be shipped following our processing of your order. (For example, 2-day expedited shipping + 2-day processing = order received in 4 total business days).

For orders going to Canada, please expect a few extra days in-transit due to additional delays related to imports.

Oh no! I entered the wrong address--what can I do?

Shoot us an email at hello@redoux.nyc as soon as you notice the mistake. We will do our best to make the change while the order is still processing. We encourage you to verify all information prior to submitting your order.

Can I make a change to my order?

Once an order is submitted, you cannot make changes to that order. 

How do I place a return or exchange?

Due to the nature and use of each of our products, we DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges.

How is Redoux different that other skincare brands?

Redoux focuses on process and experience. Everything we make is handmade, small-batch, and tailored to specific skincare needs. We research every ingredient that goes into each product--ensuring that each serves a specific purpose and addresses an expressed need. Furthermore, we believe that scent is as important to a product's experience as the results. We take two to three months to curate our scent profiles, blending multiple variations for quality, clarity, and proper expression of sentiment.
